Quality Analyst – Data Labeling

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review final labeled chat data after SME review and ensure accuracy, consistency, and guideline compliance.
  • Validate binary, multi-label, categorical, and scale-based annotations.
  • Track QA metrics, identify errors, and provide detailed feedback for improvement.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and annotation teams on edge cases.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of annotation standards and quality control processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Linguistics, English, Psychology, or related fields preferred)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in annotation QA, data review, or content QA
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and understanding of guidelines
  • Experience with annotation tools and understanding of grounded vs. hallucinated responses
  • Familiarity with inter-annotator agreement and quality metrics

Location - Mumbai, Delhi / NCR, Bengaluru , Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune, Remote(WFH)
