Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cost Planning and Budgeting

  2. Prepare feasibility studies and cost plans for urban development masterplans.

  3. Estimate costs for various infrastructure components such as:

  4. Roads and pavements

  5. Drainage and water supply networks
  6. Power and utility networks
  7. Public transport terminals

  8. Parks, landscaping, and green infrastructure

  9. Advise on the economic viability of development proposals.

  10. Assist developers or local authorities in budget allocation for public-private partnership (PPP) projects.

  11. Procurement and Tendering

  12. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Schedule of Rates, and Tender Documents based on drawings and specifications.

  13. Manage pre-tender estimates (PTE) and advise on procurement strategies (e.g., design and build, EPC, traditional contracts).
  14. Evaluate contractor bids and advise on contractor selection.
  15. In PPP or BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) projects, assist in financial modelling and value-for-money analysis.
