Role & Responsibilities (Accounts, Taxation, Banking & Finance).

• Preparation & Consolidation of Balance Sheet Profit & Loss Accounts of Company as per IND-AS requirements and getting the same audited. Monitoring of Sales Accounting, Sales Incentive & Variables, Handling of TDS & GST Monthly Returns & Compliances & Assessment, Tax Audit & Tax Computation, Return Filling, visiting to plant and conduct Stock Audit other works, Transfer pricing knowledge, Excellent MIS & Reporting knowledge.
  • Supervise day-to-day accounting activities, Managing of Bank reconciliations, Sales Accounting Sales Incentive, Bills Receivable/ Payable Process, Liaising with bank, Solving of fund raising issue, Making of CMA data, preparation of monthly financial statements, Monthly MIS reporting. Supervises the fixed assets registers. Reviews of general ledger on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting. Team management.
  • Preparation/review of Monthly MIS, Trial Balance -Corporate/Treasury of Company and other group companies.
  • Computation of Income Tax and Deferred Tax for provisioning for year-end financial statement and for advance tax purposes.
  • Scrutiny of Overheads A/cs , Statutory liabilities A/c and Creditors & Debtors a/c
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required. I am very good team player and have the ability of managing and handling my subordinates. Currently I am managing 10-12 peoples of accounts team.

Banking & Finance Functions

Liasioning with Bankers for Raise Working Capital & Fund based & Non-Fund based limits.
• Discussion and providing Justifications and coordination with Banks for Various Loan Proposals.
• Term loan with Project Finance Loans
• Negotiation for Restructuring Refinance.
• Daily liasioning with Funding with various bank accounts

Budgeting & Fund Planning/MIS

• Preparation & Checking of Operational & Capex Budgets.
• Monthly follow up for Sales Budget.
• Variances Analysis between Budget & Actual figures.
• Conclude the Reasons of Differences.
• Finding Report to Management.
• Preparation/review of Monthly MIS of Company and other group companies.

Account Receivables & Payables

• Review of Debtors/Creditors for timely collection/Payments according to ageing schedule & Reconcile the accounts on a periodically
• Action with next strategy for reduces Variances between Budget & Actual Collection.
• Review & Apply for Extension Credit Days Period & Payment Method.
• Advance Payment Control for Capex & Operating.
• Advance to Suppliers (Fixed Assets, Raw Material & Others.

Auditing/Commercial Functions/Misc

Handling of Statutory (Tax) and Internal Auditors & Co-ordination with internal Auditor & External Auditor
• To Monitor and reviewing Inventory Record/Physical Verification/Valuation and internal control/ check points from time to time. Preparation of Other MIS Reports as per required by Management.
• Opening of LC- Foreign & Inland. Opening of Bank Guarantee- Foreign & Inland Handling of foreign remittances. Filling of ODI, Foreign Remittance. Bills Discounting under Letter of Credit Liaison with various Financial Institutions & Banks to ensure smooth business operations.
• Participants in Government Tender, e.i EESL , UP Electrical Board

Statutory Compliances & Taxation

• Involved of Issues of GST /TDS / ESIC/PF Returns & show cause notices & other matters.
• Involved & Preparation of cases and representation before GST & Income Tax and other Tax Authorities for tax Assessment.
• Scrutiny Cases of Income Tax, Reply of Show Cause Notices.
• TDS Compliance, Service Tax Compliance ROC, and Annual Income Tax Return, Executing P/F, ESI, and Bonus, via scrutiny of P/F, ESI, and Bonus
• Transfer Pricing Audit, Tax Audit Report, Income Tax E Compliances
