Your Role 

- Configure and maintain GK POS systems in retail environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve POS-related technical issues.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams for system enhancements.
- Perform testing, deployment, and documentation of POS updates.

Your Profile 

- Hands-on experience with GK POS implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of retail POS workflows and configurations.
- Familiarity with integration of POS with backend systems (e.g., ERP).
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with scripting or SQL is a plus.
