Seeking an experienced Data Governance Lead to champion data strategy and quality for our Conventional Trust & Structured Debt division. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology execution, establishing robust data policies and driving the adoption of best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enforce the data governance framework, including principles, standards, and quality controls.
  • Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to lead enterprise-wide data initiatives.
  • Drive data quality improvements through detailed analysis, process enhancement, and clear requirements documentation.
  • Manage and optimize our data governance toolset, including Collibra and Solidatus.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven data governance expert with 8+ years of experience, preferably in financial services or corporate trust.
  • Skilled communicator and influencer with strong stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and hands-on with tools like Collibra.
  • A strategic problem-solver who can lead projects and inspire teams.
