We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced
Senior IT Hardware Engineer
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in IT infrastructure, server & network hardware, and end-user support, along with excellent troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, desktops, laptops, and network devices.
  • Proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of hardware, servers, and network performance.
  • Manage firewalls, switches, storage devices, and backup solutions.
  • Maintenance and repair of printers, scanners, and peripheral equipment.
  • Provide Level-2/3 technical support to resolve complex hardware issues.
  • Ensure IT security compliance and implement best practices for data protection.
  • Vendor coordination for hardware procurement and AMC support.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in IT hardware and infrastructure management.
  • Hands-on experience with
    server maintenance, firewall configuration, and network equipment
    .
  • Strong knowledge of system backup, storage solutions, and endpoint security.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to handle client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
