Job Type: Full-time | Location: Bengaluru, India
Job Description
The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role will play a critical part in ensuring scalable, high-performance implementations that align with CRMIT's business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integration technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to meet business requirements.
  • Application development including Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages.
  • Create and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance test plans.
  • Support Salesforce Administrator in configuration-related activities as needed.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and design discussions.
  • Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new or updated applications.
  • Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Address production issues and debug problems reported by end users.

Desired Skills And Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in Salesforce configuration and development.
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript.
  • Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Good understanding of custom object design, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and reports.
  • Familiarity with integrations and Salesforce best practices.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Certifications:
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
