Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Advisor based in Lucknow. The Fashion Advisor will be responsible for providing fashion consulting services, gaining in-depth product knowledge, assisting customers, and generating sales. The daily tasks will include interacting with clients to understand their fashion needs, offering personalized recommendations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current fashion trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Additionally, the Fashion Advisor will work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Sales skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Passion for fashion and staying updated with the latest trends
  • Previous experience in the fashion industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in fashion or a related field is an advantage.
