Role & responsibilities :
- Lead and manage sales operations for assigned real estate projects, ensuring target achievement.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and brokers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
- Oversee customer relationship management (CRM) and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and present to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and competitor activities.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Jaipur real estate market and its dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and manage a successful sales team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
