Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspection & Testing:
  • Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of components and finished products using measuring tools and quality instruments.
  • Documentation:

Maintain accurate inspection records, test data, and reports for compliance with company standards.

  • Non-Conformance Handling:

Identify, report, and segregate non-conforming products and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.Conduct routine audits on production processes to ensure adherence to SOPs and quality systems.Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve quality-related issues.Key Skills Required:

  • Process Audits:
  • Collaboration:
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and inspection tools (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and basic documentation
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and measurements
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office, ERP is a plus)

Educational Qualification:

  • Diploma / ITI in Mechanical / Production Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience: 0-3 years in a similar quality inspection role in a manufacturing industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹17,000.00 per month
