Overview Positions :

To lead the academic and operational execution of Cultus skilling programs within their assigned domain. This includes overseeing curriculum design, trainer management, content delivery, and program outcomes. Domain Experts play a strategic leadership role—not limited to direct learner engagement—and are expected to ensure overall program quality in alignment with industry, certification, and partner expectations.

Job Descriptions:


• Lead curriculum planning, review, and implementation to ensure industry relevance and learner employability


• Guide and oversee trainers to maintain high standards in content delivery and learner engagement


• Monitor program outcomes, trainer performance, and learner progression at a strategic level


• Support assessment design, certification alignment, and quality control mechanisms


• Collaborate cross-functionally with placement, operations, marketing, and partner success teams


• Represent Cultus in client discussions, academic advisory boards, and public events


• Engage with learners, when needed, for critical academic interventions or high-visibility sessions

Requirement:


• Master's degree in a relevant domain or education


• Minimum 8 years of experience in the respective field, ideally across both industry and training/education


• Valid certifications in the relevant domain (as listed above)


• Prior experience managing trainers, leading programs, or setting up academic delivery processes

Domain Areas & Preferred Certifications


• AWS Cloud Computing: AWS Solutions Architect – Associate (SAA-C03) or higher


• Artificial Intelligence: Certifications in Machine Learning (Google, Microsoft, or Coursera/Stanford), Python proficiency


• 5G Telecom: Training/experience with 5G NR, IoT, Telecom protocols; certifications from Nokia, Ericsson, or similar preferred


• Renewable Energy: Certifications in Solar PV, Energy Management (e.g., GSES, NABCEP, NPTI)


• Job Readiness: Deep experience in workplace readiness, personal branding, communication, and coaching. Behavioral training certifications (e.g., NLP, Train the Trainer) are a plus
