Job Overview

Storch Consultancy Pvt Ltd is seeking a Fresher for the role of Telecaller in the Real Estate sector. Based in Gurgaon, this full-time position requires the candidate to engage with clients through effective communication techniques. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with potential clients over the phone.
  • Strong ability in cold calling techniques to reach out to a large number of prospective clients.
  • Proficient in making outbound calls to achieve engagement goals and targets.
  • Experience with inventory finding to assist clients in locating suitable real estate options.
  • Ability to manage and respond to client inquiries with efficiency and clarity.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to track and follow up with client interactions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and address their needs effectively.
  • Must have a proactive approach and willingness to learn the nuances of real estate calling.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conducting cold calls to prospective clients to introduce and discuss available real estate opportunities.
  • Maintaining detailed records of client interactions, including leads reached and their responses.
  • Providing accurate information about real estate listings to potential clients.
  • Assisting the sales team by arranging meetings and following up on calls.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to strategize on client engagement tactics.
  • Responding promptly to client queries and directing them to appropriate resources when necessary.
  • Working towards achieving monthly and quarterly call targets effectively.
  • Continuously updating skills and knowledge to adapt to industry trends and client preferences.
