Core Technical Skills And Responsibilities
- Java Command Execution & Scripting : For installation, setup, and automation at the OS level.
- Linux System Administration : Strong working knowledge of Linux environments, shell commands, and OS-level configurations.
- SDK Integration (Mobile Platforms) : Experience integrating SDKs into Android/iOS apps, with familiarity in mobile development workflows.
- Data Migration & Configuration : Ability to handle technical integration tasks, including data mapping, transformation, and product configuration.
- Firewall & Network Configuration : Understanding of networking protocols, firewall rules, and secure system setup during implementation phases.
Testing & Debugging
- Functional, Integration & UAT Testing
- Experience in validating system behavior across environments and ensuring readiness for production.
- Strong Debugging & Troubleshooting Skills
- Ability to identify root causes and resolve critical issues during go-live and post-launch & Support :
- Product Installation & Setup : Hands-on experience deploying software at the OS level, including command-line tools and configuration files.
- Go-Live Support & Issue Resolution : Proven ability to support customers during launch, troubleshoot live issues, and ensure smooth Enablement & Documentation :
- Customer Onboarding : Ability to guide clients through setup, configuration, and usage of the product.
- Technical Documentation : Skilled in creating onboarding guides, configuration manuals, and implementation playbooks.
Bonus Skills (Optional But Valuable)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines or DevOps tools
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of security best practices in enterprise : (CS,IT), (CS,IT), BSC-IT, BCA, MCA
