Position Overview:

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist with a proven track record of 360° social media management, including organic growth, paid campaigns, content strategy, analytics, and brand positioning. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing social media platforms in the furniture, interior, or lifestyle industry, with strong creative and analytical skills to drive engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms – Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest.
  • Manage end-to-end organic and paid campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and performance optimization.
  • Create and curate engaging content (reels, posts, stories, short videos, graphics) aligned with the brand voice and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to produce high-quality visuals and video content.
  • Plan and manage social media calendars, scheduling, and content approvals.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Handle community management – respond to comments, DMs, and customer queries promptly and professionally.
  • Execute targeted lead generation campaigns and boost brand visibility among B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform algorithms.
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and cross-promotional activities.
  • Manage paid advertising budgets, ensuring ROI-driven campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in social media management – preferably in the furniture, interior design, or lifestyle industry.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
  • Strong understanding of both organic and paid social media strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with creative storytelling ability.
  • Analytical mindset to track KPIs like reach, engagement, CTR, and conversions.
  • Experience in video content ideation and YouTube SEO will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams.
