Job Title: Telecalling ExpertLocation: Chennai Job Type: Full-time Industry: Sales, customer service, BPO, education, etc. Job Description:We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Telecalling Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will make outbound calls to potential customers, handle inbound inquiries, and maintain excellent customer relationships.
You will play a pivotal role in lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion, contributing directly to the growth and success of our business. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases or leads. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Pitch products/services clearly and convincingly to potential clients. Understand customer needs and offer solutions or information accordingly. Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and outcomes using CRM tools.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Handle customer complaints or objections effectively. Follow up on leads and conduct cold calls to potential customers.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve campaign performance. Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in (mention required languages – e.g., English, Hindi, or regional languages). Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Comfortable working with targets and under pressure.
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software are an advantage. Ability to learn about products/services quickly and explain them to prospects. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communications, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Preferred Attributes:Prior experience in BPO or sales campaigns. Ability to adapt to different customer profiles and handle diverse conversations. Positive attitude, energetic, and team-oriented mindset.
