Role & responsibilities

Responsibility of  independently handling Chemical / Polymer Lab

  • Samples collection& testing analysis of RM, Semi-Finished goods and Finish goods as per standard  procedure. Conducting all the physical & chemical testing, in-process, final & incoming samples testing & evaluation
  • Maintain all documentation QC related as per ISO requirements.
  • Co-ordination with Sales/Production/other teams for any Technical Supports/Issue.
  • Continuous improvement & testing analysis of products with better quality and  cost effective.
  • 5S, Kaizen practice implementation
  • Materials Test Certificate releasing as per customer requirement.
  • Customer visit for attending complaints and to prepare CAPA for the same.
  • Managing housekeeping, and administering procurement of chemicals & other test related items
  • Handling manpower and training to the team on Quality, Environment & safety.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Operational knowledge of all kinds of equipment like Brookfield Viscometer, Tiltrator, Digital PH meter, UTM for Tensile Strength testing etc. etc.
  • Good knowledge of ISO Documentation
  • Good exposure to quality, safety and environmental standards like ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
  • Strong communication, analytical & organizational skills
  • Computer Savvy with good experience in MS Office, Word, Power point, Excel and ERP software.
