We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks, backend technologies, database management, and REST API development. This role requires a passion for building high-quality, scalable web applications and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and deploy web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
  • Build responsive and interactive UI components using or similar frameworks.
  • Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Code development in alignment with best practices and preferably using low code platforms
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices and clean code principles.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across the stack.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to the tech stack.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 to 6 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Hands-on experience with or Python Django for front-end development.
  • Proficiency in backend development with Java Spring Boot Or Python. (Next\ or similar) is Plus
  • Experience working with RDBMS and/or NoSQL DB like Document DB or MongoDB.
  • Experience developing SaaS applications on Azure/AWS cloud
  • Experience with any unit test framework like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration.
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
  • Experience on Agile Scrum, Kanban or SAFe
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience on mobile development - React Native, Flutter etc
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
  • Exposure to Statistical Code Analysis tools like SonarQube
  • Knowledge of TypeScript
