Job Details -

Title: Automation Test Engineer

  • Work Location: Noida
  • Permanent with NAM Info Pvt Ltd, deploy to client location
  • Work mode: Work from office

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that software bugs are detecting early in the Software Development Lifecycle, liaising with the development teams to promote continuous alignment
  • Implementing automated tests for multiple testing scenarios in the context of a wide range of country instances
  • Continuously extending the coverage of automation tests to support early detection of bugs and risks
  • Working closely with country distribution and core domain squads to ensure software quality goals are being achieved
  • Proposing process improvements in the context of our continuous improvement strategy, and drive their implementation
  • Mastering all needed tools and components required to perform assigned tasks
  • Follow the software development best practices and methodologies adopted by the company
  • Produce relevant documentation and guidelines to support the quality as everyones responsibility strategy

Qualifications and skills

  • Solid experience with automated testing
  • Knowledge about at least one software development language
  • Experience with Selenium, Cucumber or similar technologies
  • Experience building automated test suites for build/regression testing
  • Experience with Jenkins, CircleCI, Bamboo or similar tools
  • Experience building Load/Stress Tests, using tools such as JMeter, Blazemeter, Apache Benchmark or similar
  • Experience in a continuous integration/deploy environment
  • Experience building tests in the context of a micro-service/SOA architecture
  • Experience testing interfaces and APIs using SOAP-UI, Rest-Assured or similar tools
