  • Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented designer to lead end-to-end product and packaging design. This role requires deep research, seasonal planning, and design execution that keeps us ahead in health & personal care innovation.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • · Lead product & packaging design from concept to launch.
  • · Work on season-to-season design roadmaps aligned with market and consumer trends.
  • · Conduct competition research & benchmarking for product innovation.
  • · Solve current product design and packaging challenges with innovative solutions.
  • · Collaborate cross-functionally with sourcing, marketing, and manufacturing teams.
  • · Deliver designs that elevate user experience and brand identity.
  • Requirements
  • · Graduate / Postgraduate in Product / Industrial / Packaging Design from reputed institutes (NIFT, FDDI, Pearl Academy, AIFD Bangalore, Srishti School, etc.).
  • · –5 years of experience in product and packaging design (preferably in consumer electronics, health, or personal care).
  • · Strong skills in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, CAD, 3D visualization).
  • · A proven portfolio of end-to-end product design projects.
