Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate, qualified, and student-centric Nursing Tutor to join our School of Nursing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, and guiding nursing students while ensuring high academic standards, innovative teaching methods, and real-world clinical exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and demonstrations for Nursing subjects (Anatomy, Physiology, Pharmacology, Community Health, Medical-Surgical Nursing, etc.).
• Design and develop course materials, lesson plans, and teaching aids.
• Guide students through clinical training and ensure they gain practical exposure in relevant healthcare settings.
• Mentor and counsel students to support their academic and professional growth.
• Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in nursing education and integrate innovative teaching methods.
• Collaborate with fellow faculty members to continuously improve the nursing curriculum and learning experience.
• Ensure compliance with INC (Indian Nursing Council) and state regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Educational Qualification:

• B.Sc. Nursing (Mandatory)

• M.Sc. Nursing preferred

• Registration with the State Nursing Council is required.

• Experience:

• Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience preferred (freshers with strong academic credentials may also apply).
