Role Overview

As a
MarTech Product Owner
at Publicis Sapient, you will define and deliver marketing technology strategies that enable personalized, data-driven, and omnichannel marketing at scale. You'll guide clients undergoing digital business transformation to unlock digital marketing value through innovative MarTech solutions and integrated customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • MarTech Strategy & Product Vision
  • Collaborate with clients to define MarTech strategies and help define product roadmaps that align with business objectives and digital transformation goals.
  • Evaluate, select, and lead the implementation of MarTech platforms (e.g., CDPs, analytics, personalization engines, marketing clouds).
  • Client Partnership & Stakeholder Alignment
  • Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Lead workshops sessions to translate client needs into product epics, user stories, and prioritized backlog—ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Delivery & Agile Execution
  • Own the end-to-end MarTech product lifecycle—from strategy through delivery and continuous iteration.
  • Ensure deliverables meet business value, UX, and technical feasibility criteria, support agile rituals, backlog grooming & management
  • Personalization & Data-Driven Marketing
  • Work closely with data and analytics teams to enable customer segmentation, journey orchestration, and optimization through experimentation (e.g., A/B testing).
  • Drive measurable outcomes such as customer engagement, lead generation, retention, and attribution.

Qualifications

  • 6–10 years in product ownership/management, with a strong focus on marketing technology.
  • Demonstrated impact in digital or MarTech-led transformation for enterprise clients.
  • Deep familiarity with MarTech platforms like Drupal, Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalents.
  • Core Skills
  • Expertise in customer journey mapping, omnichannel marketing, and MarTech ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in agile product practices—writing epics, defining requirements, managing backlogs.
  • Excellent facilitation skills and strong stakeholder communication.
  • Data-driven mindset, adept with experimentation frameworks and marketing ROI metrics
