Job Description :

The Role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day packing operations in the spice& masala/ breakfast product lines. The role includes managing 3–4 automated packing machines- FFS- Augur type, Multi Head Weighing and Cup filler, also ensuring smooth manual packing operations, maintaining production quality, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve daily output targets.

Job Responsibilities:

* Oversee the operations of automated packing machines (FFS- Augur type, Multi Head Weighing and Cup filler).

* Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

* Follow all Food Safety and company processing guidelines and regulations.

* Complete daily logs, paperwork, and product sampling.

* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.

* Solve practical problems and troubleshoot equipment.

* Plan and execute changeovers for different SKUs.

* Monitor machine parameters and make minor adjustments as needed.

* Filling storage hoppers and opening slide gates for processing.

* Manage manual packing activities ensuring correct weights, packaging materials, and labeling.

* Allocate manpower efficiently.

* Ensure all packed products meet the required quality standards (weight, sealing, hygiene, appearance).

* Coordinate with QC for inline checks and timely corrective actions.

* Execute daily production plans as per requirement.

* Maintain accurate records of production output, wastage, downtime, and material consumption.

* Supervise operators and helpers working on packing lines.

* Identify machine-related issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for quick resolution.

* Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
