Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Executive with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, IT hardware, and endpoint management. The ideal candidate will support end-user systems, maintain network infrastructure, and ensure IT assets and security policies are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System & User Support: Provide first and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals including Windows OS setup, troubleshooting, and patching.
  • Network & Hardware Management: Configure and maintain switches, routers, access points, VPN connections, and other network hardware.
  • Endpoint & Device Management: Manage and monitor company devices using Microsoft Intune or similar MDM tools to enforce compliance and security standards.
  • Inventory & Asset Control: Maintain accurate IT inventory records for laptops, network components, licenses, and accessories.
  • Security & Compliance: Assist in implementing IT security best practices including antivirus, patch management, and access control.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 24 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network management.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, and Office 365 administration.
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, VPN, IP configuration, VLAN).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, customer orientation, and documentation habits.
