Business Development Executive (BDE) Study Abroad / MBBS Abroad
Location: Noida & Karnal (Haryana)
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in Ed-Tech, with at least 2 years in Study Abroad B2B business development (MBBS Abroad experience preferred)
Salary: 25,000
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Partnerships
- • Identify, research & onboard potential B2B partners (education agencies, coaching centers, consultants for Study Abroad & MBBS abroad programs).
- • Negotiate & finalize agreements aligned with company goals.
- • Build and maintain strong partner relationships for long-term collaboration.
- • Develop & execute sales strategies to expand the partner network.
- • Ensure consistent lead generation through B2B channels.
- • Monitor partner performance and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Operations & Support
- • Train partners on application processes, admission requirements, and visa guidelines.
- • Share timely updates on university policies, scholarships, and program changes (especially MBBS abroad).
- • Maintain partner data, sales pipeline & reports through CRM tools.
- • Ensure compliance with company standards & international education regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- • Experience: Minimum 2 years in Ed-Tech; at least 2 years in Study Abroad B2B (MBBS abroad preferred).
- • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- • Strong knowledge of international admissions, visas & MBBS abroad requirements.
- • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
- • Proven target-driven approach with strong relationship-building ability.
- • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot), MS Office.
