About the Role :As the Product Manager

  • Growth at Signeasy, you will be a pivotal force in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through a product-led approach.

You will own the optimization of the user journey, ensuring every interaction within our product fuels growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute strategies that leverage the product as the primary engine for growth. Key Responsibilities :Product-Led Growth (PLG) Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product-led growth strategy focused on user acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Identify and strategically leverage key growth levers within the product experience to maximize impact.

User Journey Optimization :

  • Deeply analyze and meticulously optimize every stage of the user journey, from initial onboarding to long-term engagement and advocacy.
  • Implement data-driven product changes to minimize friction, significantly increase conversion rates, and enhance overall user satisfaction.

Data-Driven Insights and Experimentation :

  • Utilize advanced data analytics tools and techniques to identify growth opportunities and rigorously measure the impact of product changes.
  • Design and execute A/B tests, conduct thorough cohort analysis, and implement other experimentation methodologies to validate hypotheses and iteratively refine growth strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work in close partnership with engineering, design, marketing, success, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of PLG initiatives.
  • Align product growth objectives with overarching business goals, fostering a unified approach to growth.

Customer Feedback and Insights:

  • Actively engage with users to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback, translating insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Utilize user research to inform growth strategies and ensure the product evolves to meet user needs.

Adoption and Engagement :

  • Own the responsibility for driving feature adoption within the product.
  • Influence user engagement through strategic life-cycle email campaigns and in-app messaging.
  • Drive cross-platform adoption (integrations, mobile) to enhance user conversion and retention.

Retention and Monetization :

  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve customer retention rates and increase customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and strategic monetization within the product experience.

Metrics and Reporting :

  • Define and meticulously track key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to product-led growth initiatives.
  • Provide regular, insightful updates to stakeholders on the progress and impact of growth efforts, highlighting key learnings and future opportunities.

Leadership and Mentorship :

  • Mentor and guide junior product managers, data analysts, and other team members involved in growth initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and data-driven decision-making within the team.

Qualifications :Experience :

  • Minimum of 4 years of dedicated product management experience or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on product-led growth.
  • 6-8 years of overall experience within the Information Technology (IT) sector.
  • Proven experience working within a SaaS environment is highly preferred.

PLG Expertise :

  • Deep understanding of product-led growth principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully driving significant growth through a product-centric approach.

Experimental Mindset :

  • Proven ability to design, rigorously execute, and iterate on experiments.
  • Strong aptitude for leveraging data-driven insights to fuel product growth and innovation.

Technical Acumen :

  • Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies and development processes.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with engineering teams.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and growth tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms.

Analytical Skills :

  • Exceptional ability to analyze complex data sets, identify key trends, and make data-informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies, cohort analysis, and other growth experimentation techniques.

User-Centric Mindset :Strong passion for understanding user needs, pain points, and motivations.

  • Ability to translate user insights into actionable product features that effectively drive growth.

Communication Skills :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex growth strategies and product vision to both technical and non-technical audiences )
