About the Role :


We are looking for passionate and skilled DevOps Engineers to join our growing technology team. You will be responsible for automating, streamlining, and optimizing software delivery pipelines, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security. Depending on your experience, you may focus on infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipeline development, cloud deployments, monitoring, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities :


- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, tests, and deployments.

- Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

- Set up and manage containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, etc.).

- Monitor application and infrastructure health using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.

- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth releases.

- Implement security best practices, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.

- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability and high availability.

- (For Senior Roles) Drive DevOps culture, provide technical leadership, and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Solid understanding of Linux/Unix system administration.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, AKS, or GKE).

- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, Shell, or Go).

- Strong knowledge of Git and version control workflows.

- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or Puppet/Chef).

- Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, ELK Stack, Grafana, Splunk, Datadog, etc.).

- Exposure to microservices and distributed systems.

- Understanding of networking, load balancing, and security best practices.

- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and compliance frameworks.
