Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Digital Marketing Manager. In this role, the candidate will lead the strategy and execution of all digital marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, and oversee lead generation initiatives. Responsibilities include analyzing web traffic data, optimizing campaigns for performance, creating marketing content, developing innovative digital strategies, engaging targeted audiences, and collaborating with various teams to ensure brand consistency across channels.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Digital Marketing, including planning and executing strategies across various digital platforms
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation to drive engagement and attract customers
  • Experience with Web Analytics tools to track, analyze, and optimize online campaigns
  • Strong foundation in Marketing fundamentals and ability to plan and implement campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Effective communication, strong leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing is desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA in Marketing is a plus
