Role Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Architect with strong expertise in the Microsoft tech stack to lead performance optimization across our platform. You will work on system architecture, performance tuning, scalability, cloud optimization, and guide engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze system & application performance bottlenecks and drive optimization.
- Architect scalable and high-performance solutions using C#, .NET, Azure, SQL Server, Angular.
- Optimize DB queries, indexing, caching & distributed systems performance.
- Conduct load testing, profiling & support CI/CD + DevOps improvements.
- Mentor development teams & define best practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, Azure, Angular.
- Hands-on with profiling tools (dotTrace / Visual Studio Profiler).
- Solid experience in performance tuning (App + DB + Cloud).
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Azure VM/VMSS, DevOps & Agile practices.
- Excellent communication & leadership.
Good to Have:
- Experience with Microservices, React/Blazor optimization.
- Azure Architect Certification.
