Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end IT recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various technical roles.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Use job portals, social media, and other platforms to source IT professionals (e.g., Software Developers, QA Engineers, etc.).
  • Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate communication, technical understanding, and job fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring panels and candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth interview and onboarding experience.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and assist in MIS reporting for hiring status.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate (bachelor's degree in any stream; preference for HR, business administration, IT, or related fields).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High confidence level with a proactive and engaging attitude.
  • Passion for working in the HR field of IT recruitment and understanding of basic tech roles.
  • Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel).
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the HR/talent acquisition field.
