Job Summary
BFC Capital Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and performance-driven Sales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives.
- Conduct onboarding and training for new hires.
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement.
2. Performance Management
- Set individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor sales activities, KPIs, and overall performance.
- Provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and implement improvement plans.
3. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with BFC Capital's business goals.
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Support sales forecasting and strategic decision-making.
4. Sales Operations
- Manage and allocate team resources effectively to meet targets.
- Oversee administrative tasks including reporting, CRM updates, and process compliance.
- Ensure adherence to established sales processes and standards.
5. Customer Relations
- Handle escalated customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Champion a customer-first approach within the team.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to align initiatives and campaigns.
- Share insights and feedback to support product improvements and business decisions.

- Strong sales acumen with comprehensive product/industry knowledge.
- Proven track record in sales; experience as a top-performing sales representative preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
