Role : Enrolment Dentist
Job description outline are as follows:
Role Overview:
We are looking for a qualified Dentist to join our corporate team and play a critical role in supporting sales enablement through clinical expertise. This is a non-patient-facing role, ideal for dentists who enjoy diagnosis, treatment planning, and guiding patients indirectly through digital platforms.
You will work closely with the patient communication and sales teams to review X-rays, create treatment plans, and support case conversions through accurate clinical inputs and effective communication strategies. This is a sales-focused, non-clinical corporate role where your clinical expertise will help patients understand their treatment options — and your communication skills will turn those conversations into confirmed cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Calling & Engagement
Review case details and explain treatment plans (general dentistry, aligners, implants) in clear, patient-friendly language. Build patient trust, answer doubts, and drive acceptance of the recommended plan.
Be the primary point of contact for the patient throughout the conversion process.
2.Sales Conversion & Target Ownership
Take ownership of monthly and weekly conversion targets. Use strong communication and persuasion skills to convert consultations into confirmed treatments. Handle objections effectively, overcome hesitation, and close sales confidently. Follow structured scripts and frameworks to maintain high conversion consistency. Work with urgency and accountability to maximize daily conversions.
3.Rigorous & Systematic Follow-Up
Maintain a disciplined follow-up cadence through calls, WhatsApp, and email. Own the entire funnel from first call to closure, including reactivation of dormant leads.
4.CRM & Funnel Management
Log every interaction in the CRM accurately and in real time. Track lead status, reasons for non-conversion, and provide feedback to the marketing/sales team. Work closely with team leads to strategize on improving conversion rates.
Requirements:
BDS from a recognized institution.
1–2 years of clinical or consultative experience preferred.
Excellent communication and high persuasion ability.
Strong understanding of X-rays, diagnosis, treatment planning & prognosis.
Good knowledge of implants, aligners, and general dentistry.
Highly target-driven, with the ability to convert leads independently.
Rigorous and structured follow-up discipline.
Comfortable working with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and tele calling systems..
