Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer (PHP – Back-End Focus)

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Bangladesh Time) ( GMT +6 )

IMPORTANT NOTE: Must be available to attend a daily team meeting at 7:30 PM for Bangladesh Time (GMT +6) outside regular working hours.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on back-end development using PHP and microservice architecture. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications while ensuring seamless integration across multiple services.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to build efficient, secure, and reliable systems that power our global digital products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable back-end services using PHP (Laravel, Symfony, or similar frameworks).
  • Develop and manage microservices-based architectures to ensure modularity and scalability.
  • Create and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs for communication between systems.
  • Optimize databases and application performance for high-traffic environments.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure smooth data flow and consistent UX.
  • Implement best practices in code quality, testing, and security.
  • Manage deployments using CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Participate in architectural design discussions and technical decision-making.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues efficiently.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full stack or back-end web development.
  • Expert-level proficiency in PHP (Laravel, Symfony, or equivalent frameworks).
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
  • Proficient in RESTful API design and integration.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, , or React).
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Solid grasp of Git, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
