Role

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) who has cleared their exams 8 to 15 years ago and is now ready to relaunch their professional career after a break. This role is designed to help experienced professionals reintegrate into the workforce, with structured support, training, and mentorship in US tax compliance and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparation and review of US Individual Tax Returns.
  • Current knowledge in preparation and filing of Indian Income Tax Returns (ITR).
  • Collaborate with tax teams to manage tax planning, cross-border compliance, and reporting.
  • Conduct research on tax regulations under US IRS and Indian IT Act frameworks.
  • Maintain and update tax records, supporting documentation, and client files.
  • Participate in internal training programs to get updated on latest tax laws, digital tools, and compliance.
  • Work closely with mentors/supervisors to transition into client-facing responsibilities.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) completed 8 to 15 years ago.
  • Career gap of 10 to 12 years (career returnees welcome).
  • Interest in US and Indian Taxation.
  • Basic understanding and willingness to learn of US Taxation.
  • Familiarity with Excel, MS Office, and basic accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills (Training Support Will Be Provided):

  • Exposure to international tax concepts.
  • Training for using US tax preparation software will be provided.
