Role Overview:
We are looking for a
Store General Manager
to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about décor and retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations, sales, logistics, and deliveries.
- Assist the procurement team and oversee inventory flow.
- Handle petty cash, stationery, and general administration.
- Coordinate with the social media team for posts, updates, and client greetings.
- Review sales patterns, suggest growth ideas, and meet sales targets.
- Communicate professionally with clients and respond to reviews and emails.
Requirements:
- Experience in
retail/store management
, preferably in home décor or lifestyle. - Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English (spoken & written).
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with basic reporting tools.
