Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Technical Lead. The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of software solutions, managing a team of developers, and ensuring high-quality code standards. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and addressing technical challenges. The role also involves staying updated with the latest technology trends and contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in software development languages like Java, Python, or C++
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles
- Experience in project management and team leadership
- Familiarity with database technologies and enterprise data management
- Knowledge of digital transformation strategies and financial industry applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex technical issues
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus
