- Maintain Cleanliness and Hygiene
- Keep the kitchen area, equipment, and workstation clean and sanitized at all times.
- Basic Plating and Presentation
- Assist in garnishing and presenting dishes in a professional manner.
- Stock and Inventory Assistance
- Monitor ingredient levels and inform seniors about requirements or shortages.
- Ensure Food Safety Standards
- Follow all food safety guidelines including storage temperatures, labeling, and expiry checks.
- Collaborate with Kitchen Team
- Work smoothly with other chefs, helpers, and service staff for timely service.
- Continuous Learning
- Learn new techniques, cuisines, and kitchen operations from senior chefs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
