We are looking for a highly driven and proactive Business Development Associate with 1–3 years of experience in the ed-tech industry and a strong background in B2C sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships to accelerate growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of success in sales and business development.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the process.
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and target customer segments.
- Support marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and generating qualified leads.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of prospective clients and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement impactful sales strategies.
- Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.
- B2C experience is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in the ed-tech industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales and business development targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
- Exposure to the study-abroad domain will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
