About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient individual to manage our inventory records and ensure accurate data entry across systems. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in inventory management and data entry, with a strong understanding of databases and inventory software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the system
  • Perform regular data entry of inventory, purchase orders, and stock movements
  • Coordinate with the procurement and warehouse teams for stock updates and reconciliations
  • Generate inventory and stock reports as needed
  • Assist in stock audits and help identify discrepancies
  • Ensure all inventory transactions are recorded correctly and promptly
  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately
  • Handle basic administrative and record-keeping tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline
  • 1–2 years of experience in data entry and inventory/logistics operations
  • Proficient in MS Excel and inventory management
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or retail setup
  • Basic understanding of stock reconciliation and reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
