Position Overview :

We are looking for a Business Analyst with a focus on data observability and integration projects.

The candidate will bridge business and technical teams, gather and analyze requirements, and ensure high-quality data pipelines, integrations, and monitoring solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical user stories for the data engineering team.
• Work on data observability use cases data quality, lineage, monitoring, and alerting frameworks.
• Support data integration initiatives involving APIs, ETL pipelines, and real-time streaming solutions.
• Ensure data reliability, consistency, and accuracy across systems.
• Create data flow diagrams, source-to-target mappings, and interface documentation.
• Work closely with architects, data engineers, and analysts to validate feasibility and solution design.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 36 years of professional experience, including at least 2+ years as Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in Data Observability tools (Monte Carlo, Databand, Bigeye, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of Data Integration / ETL processes (Informatica, Talend, Azure Data Factory, Airflow, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools (Azure DevOps preferred).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Exposure to data analytics, data governance, or cloud data platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a plus.

Nice To Have

• SQL, Python, or API-based data systems experience.
• Knowledge of DataOps practices and automation.
• Background in telecom, finance, or enterprise data domains.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Agile or Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM I/II)
