Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Executive with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely payments and collections
  • Assist in preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing activities
  • Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Liaise with banks and vendors as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Finance-related field
  • 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience in finance/accounting
  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Zoho Books is an advantage
  • Pursuing CA Inter / MBA Finance (optional)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
