TQM activities related to chemical lab.

Training and evalution of lab technicians.

Kaizen in chemical lab.

Involvement of more no. of employees in TQM activities even non management by QC circle activities .

Analyze and monitor the testing/inspection results.

1) Checking Daily Glass by XRF

2) Checking Daily Flue Gas

3) Preparation of MIS report.

4) Testing on Atomic absorption spectrophotometer of raw material & finished product.

5) Stock checking & Maintaining the record of platinum ware,chemicals and equipements.
