1. Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, and Income Tax.
  • Monitor compliance with Companies Act, LLP Act, Income Tax Act, GST Act, and other applicable laws.
  • Maintain statutory registers and records as per regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in obtaining, renewing, or updating business licenses and registrations.

2. Taxation

  • Prepare and review income tax returns, TDS statements, and GST returns.
  • Support in tax audits and ensure proper documentation and working papers.
  • Liaise with tax authorities for assessments, notices, or clarifications.
  • Keep track of tax law amendments and communicate updates to the audit team and clients.

3. Legal & Secretarial Support

  • Assist in drafting and vetting agreements, contracts, NDAs, and MOUs.
  • Ensure compliance with ROC filings (AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC, etc.) for company clients.
  • Prepare board resolutions, minutes, and other secretarial documentation.
  • Support in incorporation, closure, or restructuring of companies and LLPs.

4. Audit Coordination

  • Coordinate with audit teams for client audits and ensure legal & tax documentation is complete.
  • Assist in preparing audit reports and compliance checklists.
  • Maintain client-wise compliance status for internal and external audits.

5. Advisory & Reporting

  • Provide legal and tax compliance advisory to clients as per applicable laws.
  • Prepare compliance dashboards and monthly MIS reports for management review.
  • Identify potential risk areas and suggest corrective measures.

6. Documentation & Record Keeping

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all filings, notices, and correspondences.
  • Ensure digital and physical compliance files are updated and retrievable.

7. Liaison & Communication

  • Liaise with government departments such as Income Tax, GST, ROC, EPFO, ESIC, etc.
  • Respond to statutory notices and ensure timely resolution of compliance issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
