Currently we are looking for the position Customer Coordination Executive

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers for all issue resolutions such as order dispatch status, delivery timelines, and invoicing queries.
  • Coordinate internally with logistics, finance, and tax teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Resolve customer issues related to billing, tax documentation (GST, e-way bills, etc.), and dispatch discrepancies.
  • Monitor daily shipment schedules and proactively update customers.
  • Track and escalate delays or exceptions in dispatch, billing, or documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communication, pending issues, and resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Supply Chain / Engineering
  • MBA or certification in supply chain/logistics (preferred, not mandatory)

Experience: 4-6 Years

Technical skills:

  • Knowledge of order-to-cash cycle
  • Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)
  • Understanding of taxation (GST, e-invoicing, e-way bills)
  • Basic familiarity with logistics and dispatch documentation

Soft skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer handling and coordination ability
  • Good problem-solving and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
