We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a GSA Housekeeping / F&B Service / Front Office in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping, food and beverage service, or front office operations.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with the food and beverage team to prepare and serve excellent cuisine and beverages.
  • Handle front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of hygiene.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Train and mentor new employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in housekeeping, food and beverage service, or front office operations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality services.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
