Warehouse Supervisor

Odyssia Group is a leading name in the footwear manufacturing industry, known for its commitment to quality, precision, and timely delivery. We are seeking dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisors – Inward & Outward Dispatch to oversee the smooth functioning of material movement within our logistics and warehouse operations.

Job Purpose:

To supervise, coordinate, and manage both inward and outward material activities—ensuring timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining accuracy, safety, and compliance with company standards and logistics protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Inward Operations:

• Supervise daily inward receiving operations and manage the inward team.
• Inspect and verify incoming goods against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely recording of received materials in the system.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and quality teams for inspection and acceptance of goods.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to relevant departments.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safe handling of materials.
• Maintain inward receipt records for tracking and audit purposes.

Outward Dispatch Operations:

• Supervise and plan daily outward dispatch activities and manage the dispatch team.
• Ensure all goods are properly packed, labeled, and documented before dispatch.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to meet delivery schedules.
• Maintain dispatch records, including shipment documents, invoices, and tracking details.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements during handling and transportation.
• Resolve any dispatch-related issues or delays proactively.

General Responsibilities:

• Train and guide team members to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Liaise with vendors, transporters, and internal departments for smooth material flow.
• Provide regular reports on inward and outward operations to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse, inward, or dispatch supervision (preferably in manufacturing or footwear industry).
• Strong understanding of inventory management, documentation, and logistics processes.
• Knowledge of ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
