Job Title: Medical Representative (MR)

Location: Jaipur

Experience: 2-3 years in Pharma or Ayurveda/FMCG healthcare sales

We are looking for a high-performing MR to drive doctor prescriptions (both allopathic & ayurvedic), build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and expand retail availability through chemist engagement in the Jaipur territory. The ideal candidate has local experience, existing doctor relationships, and is hungry to grow in a fast paced brand.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the beat plan across assigned areas in Jaipur, ensuring consistent doctor engagement and high-quality coverage.
  • Build strong relationships with general practitioners, Ayurvedic doctors, and key clinics to generate brand awareness and drive prescriptions.
  • Introduce and detail Kapiva's core product range with conviction-positioning the brand as a modern, credible, and effective Ayurvedic solution.
  • Identify and engage influential doctors (Key Opinion Leaders) and ensure repeat interactions with high-potential clinics.
  • Take ownership of doctor conversions and prescription depth-track progress proactively and share field feedback to sharpen strategy.
  • Collaborate with local chemists to ensure product availability, visibility, and off-take tracking near prescribing clinics.
  • Coordinate with the sales and distribution team to close the loop between doctor prescriptions and retail demand.
  • Maintain detailed daily reporting of doctor visits, call effectiveness, and coverage through the provided tracking tools or app.
  • Represent Kapiva as a credible brand ambassador-professional, informed, and relationship-driven in all field interactions.
  • Be an on-ground owner for Kapiva's growth in the region-contribute to building this channel from the ground up with agility and initiative.

Qualifications:

  • Strong field experience as a Medical Representative in the Pharma, Ayurvedic, or Wellness industry.
  • Strong doctor network in Jaipur (especially GP & CP).
  • Local language fluency and strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable with travel within assigned territory and fieldwork-heavy role.
  • Experience with beat planning, product detailing, and chemist coordination.
  • Exhibit a strong sense of ownership.
