Performance Marketing Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Run and optimize paid campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
  • Manage budgets, targeting, and performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPL).
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Collaborate with design/content teams for creatives and landing pages.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and platform updates.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Strong skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics/GA4 and campaign reporting.
  • Analytical, creative, and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Google Ads/Meta certifications (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
