Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Reel Shooting & Editing:

  • Assist in creating high-quality short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, etc.) during events and studio shoots.

  • Capture behind-the-scenes moments, event highlights, and creative snippets that reflect our brands energy and style.

  • Edit videos for social media using trending audio, effects, and transitions.

  • Photography Support:

  • Assist the photography team during shoots and events.

  • Learn framing, lighting, and composition under professional guidance.

  • Handle basic camera operations if required (training will be provided).

  • Social Media Updates:

  • Post real-time stories, updates, and content during live events.

  • Coordinate with the digital team for captions, hashtags, and scheduling.

  • Monitor engagement and help suggest creative ideas for growing the brand's reach.

  • Event Support & Coordination:

  • Travel with the team to various event locations as required.

  • Help with on-ground setup, coordination, and smooth execution of event activities.

  • Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

  • Learning & Skill Development:

  • Gain hands-on experience in event management, photography, videography, and social media marketing.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas.
  • Learn professional workflow, client handling, and teamwork in a fast-paced creative environment.

Who Can Apply:

  • Students or freshers passionate about events, media, and content creation.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, etc.) preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Must be willing to travel and eager to learn new skills on the job.
  • A positive attitude, creativity, and dedication are more important than experience
