What You'll Do:Source, interview, and onboard delivery riders for assigned locations.

Engage with local talent pools to meet hiring targets.

Train new hires on best practices, safety, and company protocols.

Evaluate and improve recruitment processes as needed.

Collaborate with operations to forecast manpower needs.

What We're Looking For:Prior experience in field recruitment for logistics/e-commerce.

Strong communication and people skills.
