Role & responsibilities

1. Conduct and evaluate training programs:

You will be responsible for organizing and delivering training sessions to employees. After the sessions, youll assess how well the participants understood the content and whether the training met its objectives.

2. Manage classroom and different types of participants:

You'll handle groups of trainees with varied backgrounds, experience levels, and learning styles. This involves maintaining discipline, ensuring engagement, and creating a positive learning environment.

3. Use innovative methods for effective learning:

You'll design and use creative ways to make training interesting and impactful—such as role plays, case studies, videos, simulations, or interactive discussions—instead of relying only on lectures or slides.

4. Prepare training reports and manage Training MIS:

You'll document details about each training session—like attendance, feedback, performance scores, and outcomes—and maintain them in a Training Management Information System (MIS) for tracking and analysis.

5. Measure training impact and take corrective actions:

You'll check how the training has improved employee performance or productivity. If results aren't as expected, you'll identify gaps and modify future sessions or materials accordingly.

6. Coordinate with store operations for batch planning:

You'll work closely with the operations team (like store managers) to schedule training sessions, plan batches of participants, and ensure minimal disruption to daily business operations.
